Battery issue after new Battery

I got the battery replaced just 2-3 days ago from a samsung authorized service center and the battery issue is still showing up, all service centers say they have no idea, all recommending factory data reset and i have done that more than 10 time and the issue is still there. What to do? (*#4636#*#*) this test menu is not opening.

As of my Experience you'll have to replace your battery...there'r no any option instead of that

That's the thing, i verified the that battery is new, the one that was installed during the replacement.

May be there might be problem in PCB.
Ask service center to check it out properly. That's the main reason of your cause

Connect cc thru remote management. They will examine it let you know what to do
