it's not about pubg, if you use device for any purpose which consume battery then battery will complete cycle respectively depending upon rate of use. So if you use device excessively for anything which consume battery then it will complete more cycles. Overheating definitely affect battery, but overheating for extended period will damage battery for sure.

you shouldn't go below 30 and small top ups are good for battery rather than complete 0 to 100 the lower the temp of your phone the better the battery life hope it helps👍🏼
