Battery consumption error in one ui 3.0

Suddenly the device care no longer shows a graph of battery consumption .see the attached file

I see there is another post for same issue. My device is note 20 ultra 5G. The strange thing is that it has been operating normally for more than a week. How can more than one device malfunction at the same time !!!

This is happening to all One UI 3 users including Note 10, S20 or Note 20 series

One of my buddy told me by changing date to 8 January fixes the issue. It seems to be affecting everyone.

this issue related to one ui 3.0 .all devices upgraded to it facing same problem. it need to fix by samsung direct. service center has nothing to do
