Why does my Note 10 Lite experience battery drain when I use the camera for short durations like 20-30min ?? I get a severe drain of 15% after just 30 min of use. What is causing the problem and how to fix it?
It is possible as when the camera is open, the device is working trying to capture and displaying what is on the view finder and add up that it is open for 30 mins. To check better the battery, please bring the device to the nearest Samsung authorized service center.
