Battery Drain Issue

Hi,

I am facing and issue of battery drain with brand new Device is Note 20 ultra 5G N986B/DS. It is getting drained within 5 to 6 hours. I did not face this issue with my note 10+ device it was excellent.

Is any one else facing this? Can this be addressed?

most of us . check my profile how many time i kept complain and no action so its look like ill return it to samsung and get my money back

i think we all need to follow the same unless Samsung is serious to fix this. had not paid hefty amount to use the phone with 60hz.

only battery drain?! what about the gpu performance? what about the smoothness on your games? I tried the snapdragon version for 3 hrs yesteeday and I have noticed that my exynos version is waaaaay inferior. I was a samsung fan but unfortunately I am waiting for any real flagship android phone to switch to it. bye samsung.

Snapdragon always outclasses exynos. However, battery remains the main concern for me.

Yess battery is getting drained too fast and phone gets heated it goes around 40° deg

same here. Hate the battery, the screen, the fingerprint reader, the Exynos fail chip. All that for such a high price 👎👎👎

Same here all devices facing same issue i think we need update to solve the issue. Samsung has poor technology comparing others brands.

by the way im using note 20 ultra 5g hongkong . i didnt face any problem with it so far . better than exynos .

yes. i belive the issue is with exynos.
