Bad flagship Quality

I have preordered S10 plus once its launched and also Preordered note 20 ultra as well once its launched because I trusted your devices quality

But unfortunately ur flagship quality was so bad, My S10plus had a speaker issue after one year only of usage and when I went to the service center they couldn't know the reason and they replaced the part within the samsung care+

Not my note 20 ultra had a dead screen issue just after 3 months of purchasing

Im so disappointed from your flagships Quality which puts me into a tough situation here

Dear Samsung

I have bought two note 20 ultra in last August and as U can see above that I mentioned that there screen has been dead by its own and returned back again to work

Few weeks ago the screen did the same thing with both mobiles and one of them returned to work again and the other didn't work

When I delivered the 2 mobiles two the customer service at dubai mall to get the proper check up, they informed me that they will check on the problem but there is some dents and scratch on the surface and it could be the reason, and I objected that the screen issue could be the reason if some scratches

Last Thursday the customer service has called and told me that the first mobile with the dead screen is out of the warranty and will cost 1045 aed

And the second mobile (which is working already but I brought it for a check up) its also has been out of warranty, and I objected again because there is no damage of broken body or screen so that the mobile get out of the warranty

Now Im waiting an other respond by ur side but I want to raise a complaint about this issue

Also I would like to inform You that I submitted a complaint in Dubai Economy Department at the customer rights

Please interfere to solve this problem as soon as You can
