I've bought an note 20(snapdragon) ultra 4 days back and using it normally, my battery battery life is pretty average and the battery chart shows one UI Home running in background always, i dont know what to do, is it normal or should i return it.

Hi,
The One UI Home is the new interface. It's whats giving the new look that came with the update.
If you want to save battery🔋 try the following.
1. Disable Always on display.
2. Enable Dark mode.
3. Toggle on Adaptive brightness.
4. Use power mode.
5. Keep your mobile updated.
