Today I tested charging 0 to 100 after Aug security update. It even worse and it takes 1 hr 35 mins to reach 100% .  

 I tested when the phone is in turned off mode.

it charges 63% in 30 mins and 100 % in 1hr 6 mins.
Now it charges 49% in 30% and 100% in 1hr 35 mins.
