Post the 2.1 UI update, my Note 10+ is experiencing major audio issues. Upon disconnecting my Galaxy buds, and then trying to play music or a YouTube video, there is no audio. Similar is the case after using Android auto. The only way to get back the audio is by restarting the phone. That's Totally annoying. Hoping this will be fixed.

hi, go to the home page of this app, click the blue bubble on the bottom right corner, choose send feedback and repor this issue there. also make sure to update to the latest galaxy wearable and galaxy buds software, i just got a new one today

Hey there,

The volume for BT and device volume is different. Please make sure that device volume is increased.

post the 2.0 update , my note 9 is experiencing major sound issues .bottom speaker suddenly stops while playing music and playing videos neither calls, sometimes it sound doesn't come on head phones,

we want to restart the phone to get back to normal working of speaker

am daily restarting my device of this problem, i think this because of latest software update

 

please  fix the issues  as soon as possible
