if this had happened to IPHONE.. forget about the apologies and admitting their mistake. Atleast I appreciate Samsung they apologised and admitting. This is a big deal from a big company. Note7 is the best phone RIP. I wish Samsung for better future.

if....if...if...is not a fact. the fact is Note7 is a badly engineered device, where Samsung engineers even failed for the second time to fix it

samsung failed us big time. if and buts are not the issue. the issue is what samsung is doin to retain its customers? In the US and UK they were offered a compensation because they know they will lose customers. Here in the gulf they dont care enough because they know we love samsung. Something has to be done and quick. I would not encourage this behaviour of treating its gulf customers less important.

I second you. US customers are getting 100$ credit if the customer stays with Samsung, and 25$ in case of a refund. This is not acceptable
