Apps crashing/ System lags

Is anyone else facing any of the below issues on their Note9? 

1) Input lags on Chrome

2) Lags when using swipe to go back

3) Instagram crash when switching apps

4) Youtube video rotation taking time when clicking on fullscreen button for the video.

If anyone facing the same issue, let me know if you have any solution for this!

P.S. 60 Gb space is free on my device and have also cleared system cache from system recovery!

Update: Force restarting the phone seems to have fixed the issue I wad facing!

perform these below steps one by one and observe

A. Wipe Cache Partition.

Steps to perform.

1) Turn off the device.

(Connect with type C cable and connect with pc/laptop or type c earphone only for Android 11 )
...........OR.......
IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER MOBILE THEN CONNECT WITH CABLE WHETHER IT IS TYPE C TO TYPE C OR MICRO USB PORT take help of otg connector to connect with other mobile.

2) Press and hold the Volume Up key and the spower button.
3) When the Android logo displays, release all keys.
4) Press the Volume down key to navigate and select "Wipe cache partition".
5) Press Power key to select. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Select Reboot System.
6) Press the Power key to restart the device.

B. Reset App Preferences.
Settings >Apps> Tap on Top Right 3Dots and select Reset App preferences.

C. Go to settings >general Management >reset>reset settings.

(NOTE : Reset settings/ Reset App preferences, change all settings to default)

please note there can be two different problems
1. Too many apps run on the background and more residual files in the system needs clean.
2. when we control apps operation they start misbehaving which causes the crash.
so you need analyse the apps usage of internet and battery.

No solution but the lag is there surely. I face extreme lag when I select a number to dial and the dailer pops up after a lag of almost 10 secs

While swiping from sides to navigate back, there is lag. When youtube video is on full screen, sometimes I need to swipe from side to exit full screen instead of just swiping down. Instagram also seems to crash sometimes. Are you facing these issues too?
