Galaxy NoteHi, MadsMads kindly clear your cache.
Follow the steps below to do this:
1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Apps.
4. Select Show system Apps.
5. Select the Apple music app.
6. Select Storage.
7. Select Clear Cache.
If the issue persists, please perform a soft reset of your device.
Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds.
*The device may take a screenshot, however, keep holding the buttons for a few more seconds.

Galaxy NoteHi, MadsMads kindly backup your data and reset your phone to factory.
1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Accounts and backup.
4. Tap on Backup and Restore.
5. Select Backup.
You can also backup and update using Samsung Smart switch.

Install the program on your computer and connect your phone to your computer using an Original Samsung cable and follow the prompts.
1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select General Management.
4. Select Reset.
5. Select Factory data Reset.
6. Tap Reset.
