maybe, its based on apple product limitation. set the watch for pairing -> from ur mobile go to settings -> connections -> bluetooth -> choose the device -> pair now

But why u are using apple watch with samsung device, both brands have mobile phones and watches, why dont u use both products for the same company??

check with apple man uf they have apps to install on android phone to pair the watch.. if no then i dont think it can be paired
