Appear 3 green line after software update

I have been using Note 20 ultra for 2.5years. 3 green lines have emerged across the length of the screen after the software update. So I went to service centre to clear this issues. They asked me 25000 rupees for the changing the display. As the lines have appeared because of the software update, I expect a free service from your side. But they denied me the free service saying there is a dent on the outer body of the cell phone. This is absolutely a negligible problem as the dent is microscopic and shouldn't be of any reason for the appearance of the lines.

We buy mobile phones for daily use and not to keep it a showcase spotlight. Idiots...😬

Nothing can be done to move on to some other company and when sales comes down then they will react properly

By all these they are promoting the users to do not update mobile software. If we don't update then mobile becomes prone to get hacked
