Yup, Have been using it since I got my phone i.e. with Android 10.
But the battery drainage thing started now only after One UI 3

turn off adaptive brightness and also face unlock if you are using
check this will work or not

Yeah, Turned of adaptive brightness. Wasn't using face unlock in the first place 😬😅.

yes i have the same issue but it is not starting right now it was started in my M30s from first android update in march 2020
