I got Note 9 during the offer duration, using which smart watch can be claimed for 10k.

But I'm unable to find the option to claim the coupon.

Should I check it in Samsung members app or My galaxy app. Please let me know if anyone has claimed yet.

I am also not able to see any banner for watch in Samsung member app, called customer care they told it has started today so will take some time to reflect

I got the banner but now it disappear.......yesterday night I saw the banner but didn't open it as I was fucking tired and now when i went to see the banner so that i can book it again I cannot find it

@biswakalyan thanks for the link.... had word with one of the samsung redemption team representative....he is saying that the banner has been withdrawn from the server due to internal update processing. Which will take atleast 24 to 48 hrs time to reflect again on the offer page. if still the problem persist can call directly to redemption team on 1800-10726-7864
