According to the Samsung One UI 4.0 Update Schedule Android 12 Update Comes to Note 10, Note 10+, Note Lite, Note 20 5G & Note 20 5G Ultra in this Month. Some note Devices are already updated.

Go to settings > software update > download and install.

It will tell u if u have an update
