Android 7.1.1 for Note 5 / S6 (Last)

Guys,

May be Android 7.1.1 be the last update for the Note 5 and S6/S6 Edge/ S6 Edge+ devices. The last updated nougat version (7.0) is not fully stable. There lots of problems like battery life, performance issues, heating problem etc. So Samsung can't dig these devices without solving the issues. Some Samsung devices already began to receive the 7.1.1 update (Galaxy Tab Series). I can confirm that Android 8.0 Oreo will not be get to the above mentioned devices for sure. So a stable 7.1.1 nougat will be the last update for the 2015 flagship phones with latest UI (Samsung Experience 8.5)

Yeah I guess Nougat is the last major OS upgrade to S6/S6Edge & Note 5. Also, there is a post which says that Samsung has already included 7.1.1 feature & fixes into 7.0, so it's just a change in name. If we expect anything new to these phones it has to be new Samsung TouchWiz 8.1 experience. But it's kind of a farfetch right now 'cause Samsung leave the 2 year old flagship device once they give 2 major updates.
