I have updated  my phone and Google service  is not responding

Go to Settings -> Apps and Clear Data and Cache for Google Play Services. Let it auto-update in the background or update from Play Store if prompted. Also reboot phone once all app updates are done.

Android 12 One UI 4 is not a mess at all. Working smoothly.

I recommend everyone to try this after any MAJOR Android update. I guarantee it will fix 99% of bugs. Take backup first, of course.

Clearing the app cache is kind of like a cleanse for your apps. It will get rid of residual files that could be slowing down the app.
Open Settings, and then swipe to and tap Apps. Select or search for the app you want to clear. Tap Storage, and then tap Clear cache.
