After recent update on Samsung note 20 ultra getting screen dot at left corner of the screen which is visible only on white screen. No physical damage or never dropped. Literally 2 months old device.

it looks like a dead pixel
Don't worry, It's a software bug
Restart phone whenever you find the dot
My one-day old phone has the same issue
And this resolve in another patch

Its a dead pixel. I had the same issue and got my screen replaced. Its free, if urs is still under warranty.
