Adaptive brightness issue

I am facing issue with adaptive brightness on Samsung galaxy Note 10. The brightness is not going below 55-60% even in pitch dark room with adaptive brightness. I tried clearing data in Device health services, but still not working. If anyone has any idea/solution kindly share.

Go in settings > display > brightness turn off adaptive brightness

Turn it off and do it manually

In brightness panel click 3 dot and check, uncheck adaptive brightness
