Accept call issue

Guys anyone is facing this issue? Once you get an incoming call even you correctly press the accept button rejects the call. Also even you try to dial call gets disconnected within seconds.

yes this has happened after new security patch installation

Oh,then you must be taking your device to the nearest service center.

I tried to reach to support they mean to say hardreset to the phone. which I find totally unjustified. first of all they asked to download and install the security patch which has caused this blunder

Even if you hard reset your phone,you can still backup the data.
