When we will get ui 2.5 ? This year or next year? Because all the new models are running ui 3.0 but we are still using  ui 2.1.... 

        Or

Will it directly upgraded to Android 11?

If you have Note9 then One UI 2.5 is gonna be your last major update. (That will be available for your phone anytime now as they have already pushed 2.5 to higher end phone's.)

And if you have Note 10+ or higher you will get One UI 3.0 by the end of this year or Q1 2021.

note 20 ultra and ultra plus is running ui 3.0...

Note 20 Ultra is running One UI 2.5, and there is no model known as "Note 20 Ultra Plus".
