Dear Team,

 

As per above mention subject , after update of Android 11/Ui 3.1 . My phone start hanging and slow down the performance/ Call connectivity fails/Normal phone incoming and outgoing delays 10 seconds its nor hearing from both ends. 

 

Try resetting as well reboot and also remain same. Wipe cache all done but its not working as same like before as android 10.

 

my phone is galaxy a80

For lagging issues perform these below steps one by one and observe

A. Wipe Cache Partition.

Steps to perform.

1) Turn off the device.

(Connect with type C cable and connect with pc/laptop or type c earphone only for Android 11 )
...........OR.......
IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER MOBILE THEN CONNECT WITH CABLE WHETHER IT IS TYPE C TO TYPE C OR MICRO USB PORT take help of otg connector to connect with other mobile.

2) Press and hold the Volume Up key and the spower button.
3) When the Android logo displays, release all keys.
4) Press the Volume down key to navigate and select "Wipe cache partition".
5) Press Power key to select. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Select Reboot System.
6) Press the Power key to restart the device.

If still same issue persist then try these below steps

B. Reset App Preferences.
Settings >Apps> Tap on Top Right 3Dots and select Reset App preferences.

C. Go to settings >general Management >reset>reset settings.

(NOTE : Reset settings/ Reset App preferences, change all settings to default)

And To resolve Bluetooth connectivity concern, kindly follow below steps:

 1. Unpair all Bluetooth devices which were connected earlier

Again turn on Bluetooth> Scan> Tap on the Bluetooth device

2. Reset network settings >Settings>General Management>Reset >Reset network settings)

3. Go to settings >apps>click 3 lines right side of "your apps" enable "show system app"
>>search in search bar (just type Bluetooth">click on
1. Bluetooth
2. Bluetooth test
>storage >clear cache and data
Restart your phone and then try.
