Dear sir

I was purchased my note 9 in dubai UAE. but I registered my devise from India sim card. But IAM live in dubai, so when Samsung will lunched update in India? If version available India I can get in dubai for my devise? please tell me

Your Device Update Policy Scheduled By UAE. You Receive Update For UAE Under Updates Policy, Don't Matter You Use Indian Sim Card. Because Your Device Made In Dubai

you don't need to bring phone here your android 10 update doesn't need sim inserted it will work with a WiFi or hotspot connection since it's the software or firmware update you can also check on https://www.samsung.com/in/support/downloadcenter/ given link to check your update version kindly find update version also in your phone settings goto about phone section in last and find firmware and software version then check on above link

yes since device is bought in Dubai Samsung releases software updates throughout the world in no time and in Dubai update version comes early than India so if it's bought there it can be updated there SIM card is not important

in UAE already lunched from Samsung but I didn't get. I contact customer care thay said I have to reset again from Dubai sim then will get andoid 10 version. but I will loss call recording options because as per gulf policy not available that's why IAM thinking because I have call recording options it's I get from India sim card

you can backup your records on a memory card check where your call records are stored transfer them to you memory card and also you could do one thing if you have an Indian SIM card first ask someone in Dubai you know and try using their SIM and try to update your device if it doesn't work you'll be safe to know it'll not work with UAE SIM card then maybe you can purchase an Indian SIM card here or borrow in India from someone you know and then update once update is done I think UAE SIM should work you have to do this on your own because sometimes the customer care also can't solve your problems you have to try to take risks

Get Your model INDIAN CODE ,or seach Note 10 INS firmware from sammobile.com

download from latest firmware section

you need to have a windows PC , latest ODIN PC app

than install samsung USB driver in PC
install ODIN in PC

restart Your device in ODIN MODE ( SEARCH GOOGLE for how to )

than connect the phone to PC using *ORIGINAL DATA CABLE
