Galaxy NoteHi there,
Please follow the below mentioned steps in order to resolve the issue:-
1) Perform the clear cache of the app (Go to settings>>apps>>Instagram >>clear cache).
2) Do the reset app preference (setting>>apps>>three dots on the right top>>reset app preferences).
3) Stop the background running app (Tap on the left soft key and close all the running apps).
4) Ensure 20% of internal memory of device is free (Scroll down notification panel > Setting > Device maintenance > storage).
For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app (Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).
