AKG type C headphone issue with my Note 10+

I upgraded from Note 9 to Note 10+. But as I start using samsung music my orignal akg headset are giving only noise but no audio. I have to remove the headset then play the music and then again put the headset for every song. This is terrible experience 😭😭😭😭😭
