So after 2 weeks of using note 9, its a great experience also my first Samsung device. i kept the akg earphones on table which is quite tall, but my pet dog got on it somehow and he damaged left earbud. it came off. so i called Samsung's Customer care, they told me that if its physical damage they can't cover the replacement. Like come on? The so called AKG earphones were made for note 9 and they were costly and i can't afford new earphones as i spent buying this phone and The Gear sport. I really liked the earphones, they are so dynamic and crystal clear.
your Dog is more expensive than your earphones... relax man..it happens...mine akg were also stolen in the garibrath express while I was sleeping.. so yeah.. it happens... instead of it you can buy jbl C-100, they are the best
