Dear Samsung,

It is surprising to see that samsung didn't include a 3.5 mm Jack connector in the package and instead provided a type c earphones which is used very minimal. The so called premium Note10+ devices don't support a 3.5 mm Jack connector , which itself is a drawback and only supporting a digital USB devices which is really hard to find.

Please release an update to the note10 series so that users can use 3.5 mm jack splitter.

A Response is appreciated

you should have checked the specs first before you bought it.. also there is an adapter being sold separately then you can use the normal 3.5 mm.. right now i prefer to use level u or galaxy buds

Thanks for the reply , however their is no proprietary 3.5 connector that is coming from samsung side , and the ones available in the market doesn't connect to these devices. Even if the proprietary 3.5 Connectors are sold from Samsung , they are only available to a limited market and not everywhere. Using any bluetooth headset solves the issue , however not the perfect solution for those who don't have a bluetooth headset.
