Samsung should provide the same service to all its loyal customers.. This is really sad that we are neglected in the same situation.. Treat all your customers equally Or else we the customers will say a big NO to future Samsung devices.. (many already said). This is the reason why every one using iPhones in middle east..
Samsng give minimal or none as in Gulf region most of the customers are expats who has no legal rights to sue Samsung. May be they have different way of approah to local citizens which is not published.
