So after some research I came to a decision that all the Samsung devices (m, a, s, note, fold) have the same base software. Samsung specifically disables or enables features according to hardware and the series.
Here is some proof.
I am a user of m31 and these settings should not be here but they are actually disabled by Samsung so that we can't access them from settings.
