wifi problem m30s

Is anybody having the same problem that I'm having?

Whenever im further away from my wifi it doesn't work the internet speed is very low and sometimes it says no internet available but whenever I'm near the wifi it works subsequently fine.

Idk if its happening with me only or is this a problem with every device.

do hard reset your device once..and use again...

cant afford to lose all my data and i think it wont help as just bought this phone and it's happening since it came

you can take backup system setting with msg and call restore include with app backup also from setting
-- account backup and restore

that's how WiFi works. when ever u r far the speed is reduced because of the signal strength. use a device called WiFi extension or a repeater to boost the signal

not even that further....I have around 2 or 3 bars but still it doesnt work.

2 3 bar is like a good stable signal strength

use WiFi analyser app and select the best channel for your WiFi signal

I installed the app but how do I change the channel ??? also tell me to which band I should change it to?

change channel from wifi settings of router and select the channel which is less overlapped.
2.4GHz for range n 5GHz for speed
