Hi there,

 

To resolve the issue please follow the below mentioned steps:

>Reset network settings (Scroll down notification panel >Settings >General Management >Reset >Reset network settings).

> Check via other SIM card in the device.

>Go to Settings>Connection>Mobile Networks>Access Point Names>Reset APN as default. ( If you are using prepaid SIM).

>Go to Settings> Connections>Mobile Networks> Network Mode> Select Auto- mode GSM/WCDMA/LTE.

>Kindly restart the device and then check.

If issue still persists, kindly get in touch with the concerned network service provider.

I have same issue....last 3 days se mera network kam nahi kar raha ..phone lag nahi rahe ...  yaha tak ke sim change kar liya...but still not working......m30 s ma airtel network  kam nahi  kar  raha
