why do you think this happened?

What do you guys think? The network issues or the phone problem? 

I was playing a game and suddenly the network disconnects and then I have to switch to the next sim but this happened. 

I tried the airplane mode and then it's back to normal.

yeah many times I also faced the same easy, as you mentioned turning on and off airplane mode will resolve it , or you can also try changing network settings. or best option is to restart your phone.

that's was an inbuilt high definition theme I was applying it changed a couple of things. i kind of liked this theme.
