If your device doesn't have Inbuilt Screen Recorder feature then...
Use Samsung's "Nice shot" app from "Good Lock" or "Home Up" to record screen. It's a Samsung apps for taking screenshots as well as screen recording.
If your device doesn't support "Good Lock" or "Home Up" apps then sideload the "Nice Shot" app (latest) from apkmirror.com. Link below...
https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/samsung-electronics-co-ltd/nice-shot/nice-shot-1-1-04-release/samsung-...
When installed, "Nice Shot" integrates seamlessly with Samsung's built-in "Smart Capture" tool. Therefore, when taking a screenshot, two additional buttons will appear on top of the quick action shortcuts to record screen.
If your device doesn't have "Smart Capture" tool or doesn't support then, after installing the "Nice Shot" app then go to your device's "Apps" settings and search for "Nice shot" app then tap on it and then perform "Open" from bottom left sided, then create a shortcut to homescreen for it from its settings to perform screen recording every time.
Or use "Fine Lock" app from "Play Store" to open and configure the "Nice Shot" app.
