why I'm not choosing Samsung again?

i am using Samsung m21 .my 1year experience is here .

1) poor network connectivity. 

2) so much heating isuue 

3) can't handel any popular games .like pubg ,cod .

4)this is not 6000mah battery ..battery backup look like 4000mah bettery .

5) after updates camera quality is very bad  compare to first day of the phone .

6)no carrier aggregation 

7)poor build quality. even i am using cover but still  there is so much scratch

8)can't handel 6-7 apps in background i have 6gb model .

9)no speedmeter ,screen recorder 

10)Samsung updates is not clean  .after every update they add some blotware  

11)no full pro mode in camera app 

12)no 60fps video record option .

13) poor service center .

14)very slow charging speed compare to others brand 

my 15k wasted. never choose Samsung again .Chinese brand much better then Samsung. .. if you agree hit like.

i more request .Samsung fanboy stay away from my post .

Me too agree with you. I also bought m31s recently to 21 k. Waste of money .Carrier aggration is not available in that. Camera quality also not much good comparing to oppo ,vivo. Samsung is now a big joker. they say 64 mp ,32 mp but comparing to other brands like oppo, vivo their 16 mp is superior than Samsung 32 mp selfi camera. Soon samsung will be side line like Nokia.6 years ago it's no 1 India, now it's goes down in ranking.I never ever buy this brand again nor I recommed to other. it's better to go with oppo ,vivo budget phones they provide all these things in just 10 k + phones.
