what is this❓ display record in camera

This is a major thing to notice all Samsung members. 

I found that when I record a super amoled display and increasing shutter speed it shows a scratch type bars. 

Can you say what is this ?

It founds in all super amoled display of Samsung. 

Galaxy M30 M20 A30 A30s etc.

But it is not seen in Samsung Galaxy J7max , J7nxt, J6 etc.and not in other companies mobiles...

it is screen flickering issue happens
when brightness is less
increase brightness and then see through camera it don't flicker
