view in popup menu is not showing in apps recent history

Sometimes in M30s  view in popup /split options disappears when i tap on recent app..  plzzzz help me

But when i restart my phone i get that option

reset your device once and then perform clean update again

many apps however don't support split screen like members app they run full screen
but if u say the app has split screen and doesn't work first time either clear cache of that app or all those that don't work else all together reset phone settings clear cache

You don't need to factory reset for small issues bro.

just check in safe mode if any app is causing trouble uninstall it or else ek baar phone settings reset karlo not factory reset

for once do phone settings reset clear cache and lastly if nothing works do factory reset
but know this that not all apps support split screen adjustment both apps sharing split screen should support split view setting else one not supporting will work in full view mode
