I have purchased samsung m30s on 25th october 2019 and am very disappointed with decision of opting samsung.
Signal strength is very bad in this phone where as in other phones of family member signals and network of same operator works perfectly fine.
It is -113dBm which is almost equavelant to no signal at all.
No solution provided by samsung yet.

remove your back cover then check

as of now i am neither using back cover nor tempered glass..

than check your service provider may be their signals are week mine works fine even with MTNL

I think signals depend upon network and not on the type of mobile.
I too bought Samsung M30S and never had such problem. its better to complain against Network problem

hi, no same sim use to work perfectly fine in old phone. Also, my family members have sims from same operator and they are not facing any such problem.

Same sim showing different signal strength(dbm) in m30s and R phones means it is not ntk prblm.It is m30s device antena prblm which has poor signal receving capcity in SOME devices.It is a genuine prblm.We have written a no. of post on it but they r not correcting it.

am also facing same issue from the day one. regarding this issue i complained to Samsung they call me and suggest that visit our service center. thats very unfortunate
