usb tethering issue

I want to connect to pc with mobile to get internet connection but usb tethering not working it is telling that settings has been stopped and I have cleared data and cache but problem have not sloved.

first update to one ui 3.0, in one ui 3.0 usb tethering issue is solved. i have updated my m21 to one ui 3.0
