usb and otg not working galaxy M30s

Continously getting notifications for USB connector connected/disconnected and display is also not getting off. After I try to lock the phone the lockscreen wallpaper is getting changed on every click of pero button, the display is not getting off which is making me irritated and draining the battery. Tried resetting the phone but still the same issue.

This is my first Samsung phone, I bought it on the launch from Amazon but next time I am not going to buy any Samsung phone. It's not been a year and got this type of issue.

first of all u should change your otg adapter... m30s support otg adapter...

may be your otg have some issue so it is occuring...

I have tried connecting two different otg with Samsung M30s, but none of them responded. Also there's no option to turn on OTG in settings. Plz help!

1. Check different OTG with your device.
2. Check by using other pen drive.
3. Perform interactive checks through the Samsung Members apps. (Path: Samsung members > Get Help > Interactive checks > Charger/USB).
