unable to update Chrome and android system webview

Using one ui 2.0 on samsung m31. Noticed that the chrome has a duel app symbol on it. I tried clearing cache of playstore and nothing helps

Nothing happens. No error messages. I'm just unable to update Chrome and android webview

Just update and open on the app page in which only open works. Update button just turn green for a bit second and then nothing

Are you using any cloning app? If not, it may be an error from your dual messenger. Goto, Settings >Advanced features >Dual messenger.
>Turn off all dual apps
(Be sure to back up data from any dual apps like whatsApp (if any)).
>Restart your device and update all your apps from playstore and galaxy store.
Let me see whether it works.

Did that, I noticed that the chrome has a duel app symbol on it, I disabled duel apps and restarted, disabled playstore and enabled it, still Chrome and webview won't update
