unable to sync Google contacts in m51

I am unable to sync Google contacts as u can see that there is no clear cache or clear data. But I have tried remove Google from phone formatted the phone but still not been able to get it right. I wonder what happened. On android 10.0 version. Anyways I had a back up on samsunh so using that now. But still wish to use Google. Contacts. If anyone can help will be very useful. The version is there in the photograph

I will not format just for the dam google to get my contacts. anyways have updated my current list on contacts by uploading the new csv file. exported it.

have you given contact permission to google and Google play services..
