unable to create second user account in Galaxy M30s

Samsung android does not support this dual user feature this is available in stock android devices and in one plus too.
in Samsung devices we have
Secure folder for mid and flagship devices provide same feature with Knox Security and more features.

My xperia XA (very old phone running nougat has this feature)

Redmi 5A(Rs 5000 phone)still had one option of Second space.

In Rs14000 phone M30s I can't find this option

Very bad experience about Secure Folder and another user profile. thèse features not available.
Samsung had not mentioned this point. otherwise I should not buy.
