Dear Samsung,

 

I am using Samsung M31 for last 15 days. This morning when I checked my phone, touch is not responding. I cannot use the phone, neither I can enter the pattern. I tried force rebooting, by pressing volume down and power button. Still same problem exists.

Are you facing ghost touch issues? If yes, then screen is ok but it registers touches from unknown sources. Try to wipe the screen thoroughly. If issue still persists, go to service centre.

Generally it happens to me I close the screen and switch on it becomes ok

Tue to clean,may be some oily,damp.you must clean properly and dry it.
Some days back same problem with me.
