Perform a get care check using Samsung members update click get help and check it if it doesn't shows any error kindly reset you're device or flash rom again using the odin tool

We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused to you, please be assured and to resolve this issue kindly follow the given below steps:

1) Check device cache: Settings>Device care>Storage>Clean now.
For a particular application: Settings>Apps>Pick the app that you like to clear off the cache memory. For example 'Samsung Internet' >Storage>Clear Cache.

2) Reset the device: -Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.

Tap on Settings>Tap on General Management>Tap on Reset.

 

If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > ask question).
