sumsung m31 hotspot not detecting in laptop windows8.1 wifi list

As I'm trying to connect mobile hotspot with my Windows8.1 laptop using my Samsung Galaxy M31, It doesn't detect in the laptop's Wifi list. But When I connect with other mobile phones, its connecting.

I have tried these followings, but no response,

1) Reset Network Settings:- Go to apps screen >Settings >General Management >Reset >Reset Network Setting

2) Update your laptop wi-fi driver

Kindly give the proper solution to fix this issue.

Remove the present username and create a new one it works. Switch on mobile visibility.

Try updating the network driver of your PC/ Laptop. Control panel> Hardware and sound> Device manager > Network adapters - here you will get the name of the specific network adapter in your computer. Search for network adapter drivers for your Windows version and manufacturer (hp , Lenovo etc.). Download and install the latest driver available.

 Network adapter driver is up to date (realtek rtl8723be wireless lan 802.11n).

Did you check for it manually?
The problem is some kind of bug. Updating network driver solved my problem. It may or may not solve yours. Samsung customer care doesn't know what they are talking about either. This is all I know.

Please check in hotapot setting if HIDE my device is active accidentally.
