Team achhi tarah se kam nahi kar rahi he....

Sir m21 me network issue bahut jyadahe. Sim dusare Mobile me network achha aa raha he... fir is Mobile me 1 signal hi aa raha.he.... apki call centre me bat ki achhi tarah se answer nahi mila....

Muje proction plan kharid na he...My galaxy app me nahi bata raha he...Mane kai sare mail kiya.... Call kiya .... lekin apki team meri help nahi kar rahi he.

Mane screenshot , mail id, bill, emni no. Sab bheja he.....To bhi koi answer nahi....

Muje ye mobile nahi chhaiye.
Meri pas 10 din ki replesment warranty he...Me aaj ke din meri complain likha deta hu...

meri office par Vodafone ka officer aaya tha
sab chek bhi kiya.
mobile dusare fon me dala ...sab network aa raha tha...

m21 me nahi aa raha tha.
usne signal bhi chek kiya ....unki taraf se thik tha

Please be assured and to resolve "Network problem" issue please follow below given steps:

1) Check network operators and select automatically (Settings> Connections> Mobile Network>Network operator> select automatically > Tap on OK > Registered on network).

2) Check device in safe mode: Press and hold the Power key, when Power off icon appears >Press and hold the power off icon.
Exit safe mode: Hold the power button and select restart on the device.
3) Reset the device: settings >General Management > Tap on Reset.
Note: Before reset make sure to have back up of the data via Smart Switch Mobile App
(Install Smart Switch App > Open > Click on Memory Card Icon >Back Up option > Choose the data for Back up > Back Up).
