sudden restart in galaxy m31s

I don't know what happened to phone but it was very nice till November, from December too many problems haves started.

Whenever I use my phone for more than 45 minutes it gets heated and suddenly screen gets stuck and suddenly restarts.

Samsung members application is also displaying message that error restart has occured. I tried to send log data so many times but but the problem is still there.

I'm praying that samsung should fix this issue in upcoming update.

for now I have reset accessibility settings and normal settings. Let's see what happens

visit nearest samsung service centre at the earliest, with printout INVOICE or ORIGINALRECEIPT, box, charger. delaying will not b a wise decision.
