Hi there, I also own a Galaxy M30s but I am not facing these issues in my device. I would recommend you to clear the cache partition of your device from Recovery settings. You will find the tutorial on the internet. I hope this helps. And from next time, update your device using Smart Switch PC, an app by Samsung. You will also get a tutorial on this. Cheers!

Try hard reset. backup all your data before resetting. New June security update also released.
